ODCOMBE EVENTS
The Odcombe Village Fete, held in the Mason’s Arms field, was once again a great success (and the weather was kind). The atmosphere on the site was fantastic – yes we did make money, £1505.00, but the social gathering was worth all the effort put in by the many volunteers whom we thank most sincerely.
To mention each individual would be impossible but we must raise a glass to Paula and Drew for their support without which the day would not be the same! We had many lovely comments from people both local and from other towns and villages in the area wishing that their community was as strong and as vibrant as Odcombe’s.

Our next fundraising function will be a ‘Supper Evening’ in the Village Hall, 18th September, with a talk by Mike Zia of ‘Tinkers Bubble’ - book early to avoid disappointment!
