At the Church A.G.M.s on 20th April John Worledge and June Marsden were re-elected as Churchwardens, although June Marsden made it clear that she was continuing only until a suitable replacement was found. D. Halsall, V. Leaver and J. Johnstone retired by rotation, and Cheryl Ronaldson and Nick Rowlatt were elected to the P.C.C. There are still two vacant places, so if you would like to join the P.C.C. do contact the Rector or a Churchwarden.

Planned Community Project, to provide a toilet, kitchen and meeting room at the West End of the Church. At the Church A.G.M. it was announced that the P.C.C. had regretfully decided, due to lack interest and financial support from members, to abandon the project, at least unless and until the situation changes.

Christian Aid Week May 10th to 16th. Helpers needed to issue and collect the envelopes. Names to June Marsden please.

Odcombe Gardens. A number of Odcombe Gardens will be open to the public on the weekend of 5th/6th July, in aid of Church funds. Further details next month.

The Church Fête will be on Saturday 19th July in the Masons Arms field. Mark this date in your diary - an occasion not to be missed.
